Radiography is an imaging technique that uses X-ray radiation (X-radiation). X-ray examinations belong to non-invasive imaging methods. They enable detection of potential abnormalities in the structure of the organ under examination.

Examinations performed in our laboratory:

  • bone X-ray: head, all spinal segments, joints, pelvis, lower and upper limbs
  • chest X-ray
  • abdominal X-ray
  • urography

The X-ray Laboratory at St. Raphael’s Hospital is equipped with a Philips device (Bucky Diagnost FS).
