Preparing for a hospital stay

Patient referred for inpatient treatment should bring the following documents with them:

• medical documentation, e.g. results of previous examinations, including imaging examinations such as X-ray, MRI, CT and others, results of analytical tests performed outside the hospital
• ID card or another document with a photo to prove their identity
• list of medications taken

The patient should also have pyjamas, underwear and personal hygiene products.
