Conditions of hospital stay

Our aim is to provide comprehensive care in a welcoming location and atmosphere. Satisfaction of the Patients is our priority, which is why we offer hospitalisation at the highest level.

Rooms

Each patient room and the main rooms are air-conditioned. The hospital also has a top-quality ventilation system, which guarantees clean air and a pleasant smell at all times. Each room has a TV.

Internet

St. Raphael’s Hospital has access to high-speed wireless internet.

Car park

There is a car park on the Hospital grounds for Patients and their visitors.

Cleaning

Attention to cleanliness and hygiene is of the utmost importance to us, which is why the patient rooms are cleaned daily – as are other hospital rooms.

Chapel

The hospital chapel of St. Raphael serves the hospital’s patients and staff. The Hospital also cooperates with the clergy of the Evangelical and Orthodox faiths, among others. Mass is held every Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Raphael’s Hospital.

Personal belongings and valuables

Personal belongings and valuables can be deposited in the hospital. The hospital is not responsible for valuables not left in the depository.
