Mammography should be performed if you:
- have a family history of breast cancer
- feel enlarged lymph nodes
- are aged between 50 and 69
Examination hours:
- Mon. – Tue. 8.40 am – 6.00 pm
- Fri. 3.20 pm – 6.00 pm
- Thu. 8.20 am – 6.00 pm
Mammography Laboratory
Mammography is conducted under National Health Fund [NFZ] coverage as part of the Population-Based Breast Cancer Early Detection Programme.
It is a low-dose X-ray examination that allows examination of breasts and detection of breast lesions. The laboratory is equipped with a GE digital camera (Senographe, Pristina), ensuring patient comfort, high quality, and accurate diagnosis.
