my tasks as Patient Rights Proxy of the Scanmed Group include providing Patients with assistance in accessing information, monitoring the observance of Patients’ rights and explaining any concerns regarding the quality of services provided in our medical centres and hospitals.

Therefore, if the quality of service received at a Scanmed Group facility does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Each report will be analysed for compliance with the Group’s procedures and standards.i.
